I established, planned, advertised, and led a monthly Research Learning Hour at Covenant Eyes. I created the Research Learning Hour to provide a regular opportunity for Covenant Eyes personnel to come together and discuss and/or learn more about design research. By fostering growth and deeper understanding in the discipline of design research, we will continue to increase the quality, literacy, and impact of design research at Covenant Eyes.
Each session was tailored to the diverse interests and needs of attendees, blending lively discussions, insightful presentations, consulting opportunities, and even a book club format. The Research Learning Hour was open to everyone across the organization, attracting participation from over seven departments—including UX Design, Product, Marketing, Accounting, Customer Service, Sales, and Development. Our dedicated #research-learning-hour Slack channel keeps the momentum going between sessions, allowing for continuous conversation and resource sharing.

By nurturing this culture of learning, I enhanced the quality, literacy, and impact of research at Covenant Eyes—empowering our teams to drive innovation and excellence in research
